CARDVAULT BY TOM BRADY NBA FINALS TICKET GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW CardVault by Tom Brady ("Sponsor") is conducting two separate giveaways (each a "Promotion") as described below. Each Promotion is independent and subject to these Official Rules.

2. SPONSOR CardVault by Tom Brady, 100 Causeway Street, Boston MA 02114

3. ELIGIBILITY Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

GAME 6 PROMOTION — Eligible Locations: American Dream (East Rutherford, NJ), SoHo (New York, NY), Brooklyn (New York, NY), and East Hampton (East, Hampton, NY)

GAME 7 PROMOTION — Eligible Locations: Austin (Austin, TX) and Dallas (Dallas, TX)

Method 1 — Purchase Entry: Make any in-store purchase at an eligible location during the applicable Entry Period. One (1) entry will be automatically recorded per transaction at the point of sale.

Method 2 — Free Online Entry: Fill out the online form to enter. One entry per day. 18+ 

Limit: Maximum of one (1) entry per person per day across all entry methods combined.

Total ARV of all prizes: $[TBD]. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all taxes and any expenses not explicitly described herein, including transportation and lodging.

One (1) winner per Promotion will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted on or about:

Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or a designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within 1 hour of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within 1 hour, or fails to respond within the time specified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of receiving the prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

10. PUBLICITY Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. GOVERNING LAW This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

14. GAME CONTINGENCY / NO SUBSTITUTE PRIZE
The prize for each Promotion consists solely of tickets to the applicable NBA Finals game identified in Section 6. If the applicable game is not played for any reason, including but not limited to the series concluding before such game becomes necessary, cancellation, postponement without rescheduling during the Promotion period, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's control, the corresponding prize shall be deemed unavailable and no prize, cash payment, substitute prize, compensation, or alternative consideration will be awarded. Sponsor shall have no further obligation with respect to that Promotion, and the Promotion may be canceled without liability.
