1. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the fluctuating nature of the collectibles market, all sales are final. This policy applies to both online purchases and in-store transactions. Once a purchase has been made, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued, regardless of market value changes, product performance, or customer preference.

2. Manufacturer Damage & Defects

CardVault by Tom Brady is not responsible for manufacturer defects or damage, including but not limited to printing errors, centering issues, surface defects, missing hits, or damaged packaging that occurred during the manufacturing or sealing process.

If you believe a product contains a manufacturer defect or damage, you must submit a claim directly with the respective manufacturer. Below are helpful resources for commonly carried brands:

CardVault by Tom Brady does not guarantee the outcome of manufacturer claims and is not liable for decisions made by the manufacturer.

3. Guaranteed Hits & Product Expectations

Guaranteed hits, odds, and inserts vary by product and are determined solely by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and understanding stated odds prior to purchase.

For example:

  • A product labeled “one case hit on average” does not guarantee a hit in every box.
  • A product labeled “two autographs per hobby box” guarantees those hits within each individual box.

In such cases, a product that does not contain a case hit is not considered defective if the stated odds were accurately disclosed by the manufacturer.

Purchasing any sealed product constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these odds and distinctions.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from CardVault by Tom Brady—whether online or in-store— you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions, including but not limited to sealed products, individual cards, memorabilia, and any other merchandise sold by CardVault by Tom Brady. CardVault by Tom Brady reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
