These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, whether made online, in-store, or via point-of-sale, and cover sealed products, individual cards, graded cards, memorabilia, accessories, and any other merchandise sold by CardVault.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Sealed Products, Manufacturer Defects & Acceptance
CardVault is a retailer and not the manufacturer of sealed trading card products.
Sealed products are sold as-is. Manufacturing defects, including but not limited to printing defects, centering issues, surface defects, missing hits, or damage within sealed packaging, are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Once a sealed product has been opened, it is deemed accepted by the customer.
Customers must submit defect claims directly to the manufacturer. CardVault does not guarantee claim outcomes and is not responsible for manufacturer determinations.
Helpful manufacturer resources include:
4. Odds, Guaranteed Hits & No Expected Value
All odds, guaranteed hits, inserts, and pack configurations are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Products advertised as “on average,” “per case,” or similar language do not guarantee specific results in any individual box or purchase.
Purchasing sealed trading card products involves inherent risk. CardVault does not guarantee:
A product that does not contain a high-value card or desired hit is not considered defective if manufacturer-stated odds were accurately disclosed.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
All shipments from CardVault include tracking and delivery confirmation.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
CardVault is not responsible for:
Claims for missing or damaged shipments must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and must include supporting documentation.
Successful carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of receipt for payment disputes and chargeback resolution purposes.
6. Signature Confirmation & High-Value Orders
CardVault requires signature confirmation at delivery for orders over $500 or more. The customer is responsible for charges associated with delivery verification services.
Failure or refusal to accept a shipment requiring signature does not constitute non-delivery and does not qualify for a refund or chargeback.
7. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
CardVault actively monitors transactions to prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of payment systems.
Customers agree to contact CardVault prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, allowing us the opportunity to investigate and resolve concerns.
