By completing a purchase and affirmatively accepting these Terms & Conditions during checkout, the customer agrees to be legally bound by them. Customers further acknowledge that they have reviewed all product details, pricing, and policies prior to completing their purchase.
Due to the volatile, speculative, and rapidly changing nature of the collectibles market, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated by CardVault in writing.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:
Market value fluctuations
Pull results, odds outcomes, or pack contents

Limited exceptions may be granted solely at CardVault’s discretion in the following cases:

All sealed products are sold as-is. Any manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
Printing defects
Centering issues
Surface defects
Missing hits or inserts
Damage within sealed packaging
are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Once a sealed product is opened, it is considered accepted in full by the customer and is no longer eligible for any return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance.
Customers must submit defect claims directly to the manufacturer. CardVault:
Does not process manufacturer claims
Does not guarantee claim outcomes
Is not responsible for manufacturer determinations
Helpful manufacturer resources include:
All odds, guaranteed hits, inserts, and pack configurations are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Statements such as “on average,” “per case,” or similar language do not guarantee specific results in any individual box, pack, or purchase.
Customers acknowledge that purchasing sealed trading card products involves inherent risk and chance.
CardVault makes no guarantees regarding:
Card value or resale value
Specific players, teams, or outcomes
Pull quality or rarity
Grading outcomes
Financial return or expected value
A product that does not contain a high-value card or desired hit is not defective if manufacturer-stated odds were accurately represented.

CardVault is not responsible for:

Any claims for missing or damaged shipments must:
Be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
Include all required supporting documentation
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of the claim.
CardVault reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order and will require signature confirmation on online orders exceeding $500.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept delivery requirements, including signature confirmation where applicable.
Failure or refusal to accept delivery, including failure to sign for a shipment, does not constitute non-delivery and does not entitle the customer to a refund, reversal, or chargeback.
CardVault reserves the right to require additional identity verification on any order and will require identity verification for certain high-value or high-risk transactions at our discretion.
Customers may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and/or additional verification information prior to order fulfillment.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with any verification requests as a condition of order processing and shipment.
Failure or refusal to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation and refund at CardVault’s discretion.
CardVault is not responsible for delays in shipment resulting from verification procedures, and such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

Orders associated with known freight forwarding addresses may be:
Canceled prior to shipment
Held for verification
Refused at CardVault’s sole discretion
CardVault reserves the right to cancel any order that presents an elevated risk of fraud, including orders involving:
IP address mismatches
